Washington Legal Guardianship? (Part 4)

Note: My cousin Eric informed me through Facebook messaging that photos of my Mom Glory, who is an “alleged incapacitated person” (AIP), were posted on his Facebook account.

At last, you responded to my persistence so you uploaded 4 latest pictures of my Mom on a wheelchair in your FB account.

Were those 4 photos of my Mom taken inside the nursing home? My Mom looks sad and upset. Is she willing to stay there?

My Observations:
Four photos seem taken inside the nursing home.
Photo 1 shows Mom Glory on a wheelchair
Photo 2 shows Mom Glory on a wheelchair and Aunt Dely is sitting on a bed beside her
Photo 3 shows Mom Glory on a wheelchair and seems to be looking at the floor
Photo 4 shows Mom Glory on a wheelchair and seems to be reaching her foot

My cousin Eric is the son of my Mom Glory’s legal guardian, Uncle Armando (aka Manding). I guess Manding authorized Eric to post photos of my mother in his Facebook account. The four photos were posted by my cousin to prove to me that my mother is alive.

Eric’s act in posting the photos is giving me the impression that it is meant to correct the error of the “court papers” that was signed by Carlene Klein last August 27, 2009 (declaring that my mother is “deceased”). Manding and Eric should know that Carlene Klein made a false statement under oath. Manding and Eric should also know that those “court papers” traumatized me, my sister, and our families here in the Philippines. Manding and Eric should have done something to fight that lie!

Attorney J. W. Rehmke already admitted that there was an error in those “court papers”. I guess Manding knows the purpose of that error (in fact, a false statement). Was that false statement intentional?

Uncle Armando (aka Manding) should have known the interest of my Mom Glory before she became an “alleged incapacitated person” (AIP)! Uncle Armando should have protected us, the children of his ward!
