September 14, 2009
Between 4:00-5:00PM Morton McGoldrick Envelope arrived at our front door. It contains copies of legal notices or documents for my mother’s guardianship re: an alleged incapacitated person. The copy of notice of hearing must be given to all parties involved (namely my mother’s 4 siblings, a guardian ad litem, and rightfully to us, her children).

Observations:
The order for appointing a guardian ad litem was done in an open court last August 17, 2009 in the State of Washington, USA.
September 8, 2009 – Uncle Manding and her wife Rebecca made an overseas call to me and said that my mother was very alive, able to talk, and already located in a nursing home.
However, the last copy of notice that I received was signed by a person acting as a witness. Her name is Carlene Klein. She was also responsible for depositing the mail from USA last August 27, 2009.

Friends and Readers of this blog:
The guardian ad litem did not inform me concerning my mother’s location and condition. My mother’s brother made confusing statements until September 8, 2009.

Now, is my mother still incapacitated or deceased?
The Superior Court of the State of Washington knows. God knows.
If my mother is truly dead, where is her body? Where did my mother’s siblings bury her? When will I and my family, my sister and her children ever grieve?

My cousin wished for me to personally take care of my mother. How? (Remember, I was made to believe that my mother was deceased! Click here for proof) [...]
